Cleanup
At the same folder we are working in run the following commands:
kubectl delete -f infinite-calls.yaml
kubectl delete -f autoscale-test.yaml
Give Ocean several minutes to do drain & cordone to the Nodes and then scale them down. Take note that ALL VM’s are running Azure infrastructure pods and those take a while to drain sometimes.
After several minutes verify the cluster status in the Spot.IO console. In the picture you can see that many VM’s are cordoned and are waiting to be scaled down.
A bit later scale down is now complete.
